1. When would the items I ordered be available? We only show in our site the items we have in stock. The items you have ordered are available for immediate delivery.
2. How could I keep track of the delivery of my order? Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Starting from this moment, your order is being prepared. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, we will notify you by another email in which you could find a link (and the tracking number) for you to follow-up the delivery of your parcel. At any time, you could go to “My Account”, and see the status of the delivery in “My Current Order”.
3. How could I know my size? To know the right size of your shirt, please consult the “Size Chart” which is located right below the “Collar & Sleeve” pull down menu. In this size chart, you will find all the measurement and necessary explanations that help you to find your size.
Account and Password
1. How could I create an account? After entering the site by choosing the right country of delivery, you could click the “Log in” button on the top right corner to create an account.
2. What should I do if I have forgotten my password? Click the “Log in” button on your top right corner, and send us your email address. The password will then be sent to this address in a few minutes.
3. How can I change or cancel my account? You could not cancel your account but you could always modify your account information by going to “My Account” after logged in. Note: the country of delivery chosen at the time of account creation could not be changed. If you have moved to another country, please create a new account with a new email address.
Delivery
1. What are the countries of delivery accepted by the Figaret Online Store? We deliver to the countries listed at the entrance of the site. And we are constantly trying our best to include more countries of delivery.
2. How much is the shipping charge? The shipping charge is different depends on the country of delivery. For each country, the shipping charge is fixed whatever the number of items delivered in one order. The shipping charge will be waived once the order reached certain amount according to different destinations. The exact amount of the shipping charge is indicated in the “View Basket” page.
3. How long would the delivery take? All orders at our site will be delivered by Chronopost (receipt with signature). The average time it takes is as follows: - 5 working days for delivery within Metropolitan France (including Corsica) - 10 working days for delivery outside Metrolitan France, depending on the destination. In order to avoid any delay of delivery, it is important that you fill in your delivery address and contact telephone number (and billing address) correctly. You could also consider using your professional address for the delivery.

1. Is the Figaret Online Store secured? In order to provide you with a secured payment platform, at the Figaret Online Store, we use the secured payment system of CYBERMUT managed by our French banking partner Crédit Mutuel. This payment system integrates the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that ensures the confidential handling of your payment details (credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram) in Internet.

3. Which means of payment are accepted at Figaret Online Store? We only accept order settled by the following credit cards: - Bank card bearing the sign CB - Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD - American Express
If the order is settled by VISA or MASTERCARD, the customer needs to key in the card number, expiry date as well as the cryptogram (the last 3 numbers indicated on the back of the card). If the order is settled by American Express, the customer needs to key in the card number and the expiry date. The bank account of the clients will be debited in euro (as indicated in the invoice) at the dispatch of the order.
Return, exchange and reimbursement
1. How can I return the purchased items? You could return the purchased items to us for any reason within 7 days after the date of delivery. The articles should be returned: - in the original status and packaging - together with the original invoice - by tracked delivery means (proof of delivery will be requested for any claims) All return should be addressed to: Comptoir Français de la Chemise Alain FIgaret Online Store 89 Chemin de Ronde, 78290 Croissy sur Seine, France If the items are returned to us owing to our mistakes (error in the preparation of your order, product defects, etc), we shall reimburse you the shipping charges. In any case, for any reason of return (you have changed your mind, your order has been mis-handled), we shall reimburse you by crediting your credit card account once we have received the returned articles.
Promotional code
1. How to use a promotional code? Alain Figaret launches promotions from time to time, and you might be receiving a promotional code that could be used at the Figaret Online Store for a special offer. To benefit from the offer of a promotional code, you just need to key in this code in the specific field called “Promotional code” on the shopping basket page. Once the code is validated, the special offer or the reduction amount will appear automatically on the shopping basket page. The reduction amount is calculated on the total amount of your order (excluding shipping charges and gift boxes).
Note: All special offer and promotional code could not be accumulated. Only one promotional code could be used for each order.
Loyalty reward Program
1. What is the Loyalty Program of Alain Figaret Online Store? The Alain Figaret online Loyalty Program was launched on 10 November 2006. Since then, you earn reward points each time you buy at the Online Store. You can use these points to redeem reductions. You could also earn reward points by referring your friends to buy at the Figaret Online Store.
Note: The reward points of the online Loyalty Reward Program are exclusively for use at the Figaret Online Store and could not be used in shops.
2. How does the Loyalty Reward Program works? Each time when you or one of your recommended friends buys at the Figaret Online Store, you will earn reward points automatically. The number of points earned depends on the amount of your order. Please visit the “Loyalty Program” section for further details on the number of points you earn for certain order value. The reward points will be credited to your account once the payment of your order is validated. You could check online the balance of your reward points, the number of points used, their status, etc, in the “Reward Program “of your account page. To use your reward points for a reduction, you just need to choose the number of points you would like to use (in the “Figaret Reward Points” field) before confirming your shopping basket. The reduction will be calculated and shown on the invoice automatically. The balance of your reward point account will be updated automatically once the payment is confirmed and validated.
3. Is there an expiry date for the reward points? All the reward points are valid during 6 months starting from the day they were earned. At any moment, you could check the balance of your reward points in the “Reward Points” section of your account page, where it will show clearly the number of points you have earned and their expiry date.
4. Is there a minimum or maximum limit for the number of points earned? For each order, you could choose to use either 2000, 3000 or 4000 points in return for 12€, 24€ or 36€ respectively. That means a minimum of 2000 points must be earned in order to benefit from a reduction of 12€. You could also choose to continue accumulating more points in order to benefit from more reductions. Attention: The maximum number of points could be used for each order is 4000 points for 36€ of reduction. The remaining points in your account will be at your disposition for future orders.
5. Use of the reward points If you have reward points in your Figaret online account, they could only be used at the Figaret Online Store. Before validating your shopping basket, you will see a field called “Figaret Reward Points” where you could choose the number of points you would like to use for that order. The number of points chosen should not be superior to the number of points you have earned or the value of the order.
6. Condition of Use The online Loyalty Reward Program is launched on 10 November 2006. Any purchase before this date could not be used for reward points redemption. The reward points are reserved only for customers of the Figaret Online Store. The reward points could only be used by customers of the Figaret Online Store. The reward points are neither reimbursable nor transferable among different customers of the Figaret Online Store. The reward points are not transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances. The reward points earned from an order in the Online Store could not be used in any orders in shops. The reward points used and debited could not be re-credited in the case of cancelled order or return of merchandises (in request for reimbursement by the customer). For the calculation of reward points, shipping charges, gift boxes, and taxes are not included. The reductions requested with the use of reward points apply on the total amount of the order (excluding shipping charges, taxes and gift boxes) and the reductions could not be lower than the order amount. Alain Figaret reserves the right to modify at any moment the distribution and use of the reward points without any advance notice.
Refer a friend
1. What is “Refer a Friend” Program? You are one of the members of the Figaret Online Store because you have created an account at the site, and you could enjoy a number of exclusive benefits. The “Refer a Friend” Program allows you to share these exclusive offers with your friends and to earn extra reward points and reductions when they buy at the Figaret Online Store.
2. How can I refer a friend? To refer a friend, it is simple. You just need to go to the section “Refer a Friend” on the function bar at the top of our page, and key in your friends’ email addresses. They will then receive an email proposing them to become a member of the Figaret Online Store as invited by you. At their first order at the Online Store, you will earn 2000 reward points automatically.
